Cost:
-$300 for a 3-hour experience, instruction on 3 courses. 2-5 people.
-$60 for each additional guest up to 8 people.
-$50 shopping fee (or I can provide a shopping list and you can shop for the evening) I supplement with harder to find ingredients. Receipts will be provided for grocery reimbursement.

Shopping Fee and Receipts:
I can make it so easy and shop for you for a $50 fee or I can provide a detailed shopping list and you can do the shopping. I will always supplement with harder to find asian ingredients from specialty stores. If I shop for you, all receipts will be provided for reimbursement.
Tipping Policy:
I always bring a helper to make sure we are cleaning as we are going and the evening is stress free for the host. Cash tip to my helper is appreciated. It will go directly to my helper and not to me.

-$150 Non refundable deposit needed to secure the desired date. If cancellation is needed, we'll apply the deposit to the alternate date.
