Let me know if you chose to do this, I can estimate a cost and give you a per person price.  I can invoice your guests directly via a pay pal invoice if you give me all their valid emails.  Please explain to your guests to expect an invoice from angduen@gmail.com via paypal.

Anyone can learn to cook.  If you need help with knife skills, I'll show you.  If you can't boil water, I'll help with that too.  Beginners to gourmet foodies are welcome to take my private classes!

Yes, I will bring a copy of all recipes for each of your guests to keep and take home!

Yes, to an extent.  Vegetarians, low level gluten allergy, nut free is easy to accommodate.  

All allergies or preferences must be disclosed before the event or we might not be able to shift as shopping will be done the day before the event.  

Severe and life threatening food allergies can not be accommodated at this time. 

Yes, If you would like to cook more than 3 dishes, an additional fee will be charged along with buying the appropriate ingredients.  Any additional dish will be $70 + ingredients, flat fee no matter how many guests you have.  (These do not include Market price menu items.) 

Yes, all experiences are private and in your home.  I want you to be completely comfortable and get to know your kitchen space and that you are fully capable when I leave you to recreate the dishes!  

In the future, I might offer open cooking classes in my home but none are planned currently. 

If you have a kitchen island or a kitchen peninsula with enough room for your number of guests to sit or stand around, then you have a kitchen suitable for a cooking lesson.  If you have a large kitchen table, we can also work with that! 

A galley kitchen or small efficiency would not be suitable.  In that case, please reach out and it would be possible to host at my home.
